Starcom was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its evaluation, “The Forrester WaveTM : Global Media Agencies, Q2 2020: The 10 Global Media Agencies That Matter Most and How They Stack Up.” In this evaluation, Starcom was cited as a Leader and received the highest possible scores In the insights, technology strategy, data strategy, and strategic roadmap criteria.

Forrester’s Global Media Agency WaveTM report offers a comprehensive review of each participating agency’s current offering, strategy and overall market presence. Specific criteria evaluated in the report included media planning services, media buying services, content development services, employee experience strategy, global billings, award performance strategy, and media partner strategy, agency partner strategy, among others.

The report says, “Starcom’s reputation as a strong media operations partner serves as the foundation for its growing data and technology capacity and human-centric planning and activation approach. The agency continues to invest in its proprietary human experience (HX) strategy process, data and analytics infrastructure, staff accreditation for HX, and integration with Epsilon.”
