Forrester’s Global Media Agency WaveTM report offers a comprehensive review of each participating agency’s current offering, strategy and overall market presence. Specific criteria evaluated in the report included media planning services, media buying services, content development services, employee experience strategy, global billings, award performance strategy, and media partner strategy, agency partner strategy, among others.
