Gabriela Vargas is the new General Manager for Starcom. She will be in charge of leading Starcom’s strategy, and will be responsible for driving Starcom to the next step, managing the relationships with clients , reinforcing a media agency where technology and the human experiences make the perfect match, with Data and Creativity. In her role she will oversee some of Mexico leader brands as P&G, Heineken, Bimbo, McDonald’s, Samsung, Visa and more. Previously she has been in the role of Business lead for P&G, during one year, where she was focused in reorganizing processes, giving the best service and meeting business goals. Gabriela has an experience of more than twenty years in Advertising and Media. Her first incursion in the media area was in Leo Burnett, leading different international clients and consolidating clients in New Business. She also was in Starcom in her career beginnings, and previous her return to Publicis Media, she was Business Lead in Carat, where she leaded important accounts, driving important business opportunities thanks to her strategic and innovative vision. She has experience in different advertising categories as Finance, Automotive, Entertainment, Technology, Pharma, working with brands as Banamex, Renault, BMW, Promeco, Aeromexico, Adidas, Nokia, Sony, GM among others. Under her leadership for GM, Carat was recognized Partner of the Year She has got a great expertise on Global Business, Strategy Consolidation and Digital Approach.
